    August is traditionally one of the busiest months of the year for recruiters, and this year didn’t disappoint.

    Our newest Senior Consultant, Pre Patel, has been with us for only 7 weeks and is already up and running with new clients and two high-performing BDMs placed with a Digital Signage Client.

    Pre comes to Pulse with 10 years of experience finding high-calibre sales talent for Tech Companies. He’s already adding substantial value to his Clients, who are seeking market insights and a consultative approach to their recruitment strategy.

    In other news, we have also added to our SDR recruitment capabilities by bringing on another dedicated resourcer who’s sole focus is finding the best SDRs Australia has to offer.

    Rosanna’s role at Pulse Recruitment will be laser-focused on unearthing the many hidden gems that often get overlooked in recruitment processes. By spending 40 hours per week screening talent, she has been building a killer talent pool that comes with both prior SDR experience as well as some who have all the raw materials and who are looking for a foot in the door.

    Overall, the market is showing signs of getting back to a more “normal” equilibrium between vacant roles and active candidates, but as ever, the high performers are in demand, especially at the junior level, and job ad response remains high.

    Some of the roles Pulse Recruitment filled this month include;

    • Territory Account Manager – RMM and Cyber Security vendor
    • 2 x BDMs – Digital Signage
    • SDR – Proptech
    • Enterprise AE – CGR vendor
    • SDR – Talent Assessment
    • Sales Engineer – Cyber Security
    • Sales Director – Fintech
    • Marketing Lead – Edutech
    • BDM – Logistics Tech
