As the Channel Marketing Manager you will be managing marketing efforts across the Talent Assessment business in Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities will be co-developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition as well as developing understanding of the product offerings and utilize this understanding to innovate and engage marketing initiatives.
You will have an understanding of multi-touch integrated campaigns; channels will include webinars, LinkedIn, 3rd party events and internal events. Your measurement of a successful campaign will not be the number of leads the Marketing produces; it is the quality of the leads produced.
You will work side-by-side to understand the movement of each quality hot lead and ensure they are being actioned correctly. You will take strong ownership over all the Marketing activity that is done to generate revenue.
You will need to have experience marketing an intangible product and hold a thinking style that is data rational, detail conscious and evaluative.
An education level of a completed bachelors and above is required for the successful candidate.
