How It Works:
Step 1: Get Permission
Make sure you’ve spoken to the decision maker at the company and obtained their approval for Pulse Recruitment to reach out.
Step 2: Provide the Details
Give us the decision maker’s name, email, and contact number, along with the company name.
Step 3: Referral Process
If the company hires through Pulse Recruitment, and the placed candidate stays with them for at least three weeks, we’ll reward you with $2,000.
Important Conditions:
- The referral must be a company looking to fill Tech Sales or Tech Roles within ANZ or Singapore.
- The referred Company must not already be a Client of Pulse Recruitment. This means that if the Company already has Terms of Business signed with Pulse Recruitment, then the referral is null and void.
- The referral will be paid as pre-paid as an Australia Post prepaid Everyday Mastercard.

If the referred company is already on our active list, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
