Tell us how you got into recruitment: I was working in internal HR without commission and I was told by my mentors that my skills would be better suited in an agency setting.

First job: Customer Service/Cook at KFC
What inspires you to go to work every day? Working hard to be able to own my own house, and definitely the people I work with (great office banter).
Career achievements: When I worked at Centrix, I was in a leadership role and managed a team. Here at Pulse Recruitment I made a placement within three weeks of starting. Another big achievement was beating my colleagues Adam and Paul in pool.
