So naturally their main focus is on ensuring the company culture, flexible working hours, working from home, open communication and management of stress and mental health are all paramount for their team members.
This is a new company riding a wave of success based in New Zealand entering the Australian market with huge investments to ensure this mission critical stage of growth is successful.

About the role
  • Fully remote role available to work from anywhere in Australia
  • You set your schedule and manage your time
  • 60% qualified leads – 40% business development required
  • Initial target markets will be Tech companies, hospitals, healthcare, education & government
  • Full training to upskill your knowledge on mental health and cultural transformation
Ideal skills and experience
  • Magnetic, charismatic salesperson with a real interest in helping people
  • Full sales cycle experience from leads generation to closing sales 
  • Great phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly 
  • Confident, ambitious and ready to pick up the phone and visit clients when needed
This is a start up company so it’s really best for you to meet the founder and direct reports to get a true sense of the company culture here. You will be able to meet the founder in your first interview and from there you will fully understand their mission and what your purpose and connection will be within the company.
