Your role will involve handing inbound leads that are generated from their multi-million dollar annual marketing budget as you explain the trading philosophy behind their success and help guide clients through to setting up a broker account.
  
Many of these leads will be high net worth individuals with other investments. Therefore you will need to have an interest in the markets to be successful and preferably have traded stocks in the past. If this is a passion of your's, this will become more like a hobby than a job as you immerse yourself in the macro-economic themes of the time are and gain a deeper understanding of the local and international markets and sector leaders.
  
Career progression into a Trader role or more senior Client Services role is also highly possible as you will be able to gain first hand exposure to the fast-paced World of equities and IPOs. Expansion to the US is also happening and, with that, future opportunities in the largest market in the World.

To be successful you must have at least two years' financial services sales experience in a related field with a proven track record of sales success. Additionally, an understanding of Global markets is very important with past exposure to trading being highly regarded.
  
In return you will have the opportunity to earn in the high $100Ks to $200K with a base salary of up to $90K + Super in year one.
