The successful candidate will be required to pursue inbound leads through 3 channels from direct marketing, referrals and trial demo's. The Sales Development Representative is the voice and face of the business and are leaders due to the exceptional training provided to help grow their SDR's into who they want to be within the business. Speaking to c-suite executives and decision makers you must be comfortable in having conversations, ability to build rapport, outgoing and friendly personality but most importantly a hunger for sales, commission with a love for law.
This role will primarily focus on inbound leads, but if successful, may grow into a broader sales role with complete ownership of inbound/outbound leads from a particular territory in Australia or globally. There are also opportunities to grow into AE, BDM, TL even management, the beauty is that my client believe happy employees is what makes a good business which is why they believe in creating progression plans so they can best help you become who you want to be!
