Community Sales Manager - Co-livingMy client is an exciting start-up company and over the last few years has become the fastest growing co-living companies across Asia. They are backed by an American venture capital company, with more than 15 locations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney more to be launched across Australia and Asia.

This is a newly created position which you will be in charge of crafting the Co –living community experience and on-boarding members. It is a broad-based role which combines hospitality, business development and people management. Your main responsibility will be making sure that prospects that move in and stay in the co-living spaces are happy with there experience and delivering on ambitious sales and occupancy targets.

Co-living is a revolutionary new way of looking at real estate, where our business and members’ happiness grow together which is what the person in this position will embody.
Being in charge of co-living spaces you are responsible for, and oversee the team of associates that will help you;
  • Achieve Occupancy and Member satisfaction targets for your assigned cluster
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable community & sales associates
  • Plan and deliver on events and member benefits to increase member engagement, build the community and develop connections between members
  • Take ownership of non-operational member issues and follow problems through to resolution, to ensure a cohesive & happy community
  • Collect, report and use customer feedback to generate ideas about new services and improvements
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team to ensure sales, finance and legal policies are met
  • Build relationships with members, potential members or industry professionals in order to promote the companies services, increase the value proposition and sales channels
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service or sales
  • Proven ability to drive the sales/business development process from plan to close
  • Proven track record of managing a small team & strong mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Solid understanding of hospitality/customer service procedures and best practices with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • BSc/Ba in Business Management, Hospitality, Management or relevant field required; MSc/MA will be a plus
