Agency Focused Sales Manager - Finance PublicationMy client is a leading publisher in the Financial Services space. They have consistently grown year on year for the past 4 years and have a wide range of subscription based products that encompasses print, online, tablets and newsletters. All these products educate on topic such as Superannuation, Investments and Managed Funds.
With an expanding team, the need has come for an experienced Agency facing Sales Manager to take over a newly acquired publication targeting consumers. Reporting to the Head of Media Sales you will have a yearly budget in excess of $2 million and will be supported by a more junior Account Executive as well as Sales Support.
This is a rare opportunity to drive new business to a leading brand in the space as you leverage existing Agency relationships as well as build new ones and drive new revenue across print and digital.
Working in collaboration with other divisions of the business you will also have the opportunity to cross-sell sponsorship opportunities across their many leading industry events.
This is a fantastic role in a growing Company with the opportunity to make your mark and grow an already strong brand.
To be successful you must have a strong understanding of the Agency landscape and preferably be in an Agency facing role at present. You will need at least three years successful track record in media sales and also be a tenacious sales hunter as this role requires a persistent attitude and high activity rates.
Exposure to selling into the Financial Services space is also highly regarded.
