Business Development Manager - EnergyTHE COMPANY 

A dynamic Australian-owned utility connection company, offering a fantastic remuneration package and career progression. They are associated with one of the country’s leading and fastest growing utilities providers. By working in partnership with Real Estate firms, they assist the needs of new tenants in providing them with connection services for electricity, gas, broadband, pay TV and telephone.

THE ROLE 

You will be working autonomously and from the road winning new business with Real Estate Agencies who will refer the brand to their clients who are moving home. You key responsibilities will include cold calling, prospecting and pipeline management, client presentations and training, and following up on enquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner. You will use your demonstrated success in identifying, winning and closing new business opportunities in a timely manner, as well as grow and foster our existing clients.

THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience
  • On-the-road sales experience is highly regarded – the ability to demonstrate self-management
  • A hunter’s mentality – you will enjoy the ‘thrill of the chase’ and love winning people over
  • Intuitive abilities and an inquisitive nature
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and strike up effortless conversations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation and a self-starters outlook
ON OFFER
  • $80K + super + $16k car allowance + $16k OTE uncapped
