Account Manager | MarketingThe Company
  
An Australian family-owned business with a unique product; offering companies the chance to represent their brand identity and values through the sense of smell. Their tailored fragrances have been helping some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands within industries such as Fashion, Hospitality, and Automotive.
  
The Role
  
Due to a recent promotion the company is looking for a sophisticated client relations professional to maintain and grow an existing portfolio of international distributors. This is an office-based role that has the potential to progress to a position that will involve regular international travel. You will have a clear career path to senior positions and management, with the opportunity to grow your own team.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with existing international distributors
  • Training and motivating the distributors on the product and brand strategies
  • Providing support where needed to distributors
  • Regular communication via phone and email
  • Preparing and executing presentations over the web and in person
  • Attending and representing the brand at networking events
  • Working to key-performance-indicators
  • Maintaining the company CRM up-to-date.
The Requirements
  • Previous account management or client service experience
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Reliable and organised
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident in giving presentations to potential clients
  • The willingness to travel overseas.
On Offer
  • $60k to $65k base salary + Super (depending on experience)
