Customer Service Representative - TelcoThe Role

As a Customer Service Delivery Specialist you will be demonstrating your experience being the first point of contact for all inbound enquirers regarding products and services. Your duties will be but not limited to;
  • Receiving and managing a high volume of client calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner
  • Data entry and coding entries 
  • Usage of programs - Amadeus and Galileo
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and support
  • Auctioning customer orders and service requests
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service 
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
The Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service role in relevant industry
  • Experience in Telecommunications and/or Mobility sectors is highly desired
  • Previous experience in high volume data entry and coding entry
  • Experience providing customer service is essential to be considered
  • Great working attitude and mentality
