Position Description

Territory Account Manager - SaaSMy client offers the World's most effective platform for IT Re-sellers and Managed Services professionals. With a Global presence and a strong name in the Australian market, this is a best of breed brand that has seen considerable growth since opening its first Australian office in 2017.

With 20 employees currently and ambitions to build to around 50 over the next few years, there will be plenty of opportunity to take advantage of this growth and ride the wave.

This is an office based role focused on maintaining and strengthening accounts as well as cross-sell and up-sell on existing products. Some of your duties will include
  • Demonstrate system capabilities to prospective and existing clients
  • Provide guidance when clients inquire about technical and business challenges
  • Coordinates with marketing to develop programs to retain and increase customer’s growth rates
  • Lead new customers through on-boarding process working closely with our customer support team to ensure successful completion and meeting customer’s expectations
  • Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and trends
  • Deliver monthly sales quota and forecast
  • Build a growth strategy for our strategic customers
Full training will be provided in what is a fast-paced, friendly work environment to be a part of.

To be successful you must have at least 3 years of Sales and Account Management experience, and a background in Tech.
